Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Reporting To: Regional Manager & Head Sales Department: Sales Job Type: Full-Time *General Purpose:* To generate revenue through Ad Sales and Bulk Ticket Sales in the assigned territory, ensuring effective inventory utilization, client satisfaction, and adherence to reporting and collection protocols under the leadership of the Regional Sales Manager *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Sales & Revenue Generation: * Achieve monthly/quarterly Ad Sales and Bulk Ticket Sales targets. * Create annual sales forecasts for the self and assigned region. 2. Client & Agency Relationship Management: * Build and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies. * Share timely and relevant information to drive revenue growth.  3. Reporting & Market Intelligence: * Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports, Market Intelligence Reports, and Competition Tracking Reports. * Track and analyze media and competition trends (Newspapers, TV, Local Radio). 4. Inventory Management: * Coordinate with site teams to manage off-screen inventory for maximum profit. * Monitor and activate client-specific inventory responses. 5. Collections & Finance: * Ensure 100% collection of outstanding payments. * Provide input and insights for commercial budgeting and analyze variances. 6. Customer Service: * Address and resolve client complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. *Educational & Experience Requirements:* * Education Graduate in any discipline * Experience 2–6 years in Space Selling/Air-time Selling    from Print Media/Radio * Age 27–30 years preferred * Language Proficiency in English & local language *Skills & Competencies* : * Strategic Marketing & Sales Strategy * Market Research & Competition Tracking * Media Buying/Selling Experience *Soft Skills:* * Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills * Strong Negotiation & Convincing Ability * Team Player with Learning Agility * Common Sense and Detail Orientation *Interaction & Communication:* * Daily coordination with Regional Manager, internal stakeholders, and external clients. * Efficient and clear communication with focus on problem-solving and revenue generation.
