Staff Management: Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience. Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, tracking costs, and preparing reports. Food Safety: Adhere to food safety standards and ensure a clean and hygienic environment. Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management. Problem-Solving: Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during service. Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
