Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising all restaurant operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality control.
• Monitor guest feedback and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain service excellence.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and monitoring attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (FSSAI & HACCP).
• Support in managing restaurant inventory, requisitions, and cost control.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special event coordination.
• Ensure all billing and cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation and daily reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B Service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of service standards, food & beverage trends, and guest handling techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
