Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Rohini. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training, handling customer inquiries, maintaining quality control in food and beverage preparation, and resolving any operational issues efficiently. The role demands active supervision of the restaurant floor, coordination with the culinary team, and the ability to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
