About the Role:

Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of product initiatives. You will assist in planning, coordination, and communication to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are aligned and deadlines are met
• Monitor project progress and report key metrics to senior stakeholders
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
• Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and task boards (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Support sprint planning and review meetings

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience

  in a similar role in a

  product-based company

  (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to product lifecycle and tech development processes
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP (optional)
