About The Role

  • Support day-to-day vendor operations including onboarding, documentation, compliance checks, and payment coordination.
  • Act as a key liaison between vendors and internal teams (Procurement, Finance, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and support continuous improvements in operational workflows.

What The Candidate Will Do

  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Track vendor performance metrics and maintain accurate databases and reports.
  • Partner with Finance to process payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline vendor management workflows.

What The Candidate Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, or operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
