Assistant Program Manager

As an Assistant Program Manager - Operations at Kuddle Experience Centre in Hulimavu, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in improving customer satisfaction and partner experience by supporting strategic and day-to-day operations programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying issues in service journeys and effectively resolving them - Collaborating with supply teams to enhance partner onboarding and performance - Working closely with product and tech teams to develop operational tools and workflows - Creating SOPs, playbooks, and ensuring operational consistency - Tracking key metrics such as NPS, partner health, SLA adherence, and churn - Conducting pilots, feedback loops, and service design experiments - Facilitating cross-functional meetings and ensuring timely issue resolution Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 03 years of experience in operations, program management, or startups - High aptitude, curiosity, and bias for action - Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders - Basic proficiency in data analysis, Excel/Sheets, and structured thinking - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Eagerness to learn and a strong motivation to understand the "why" behind processes Preferred qualifications include: - Experience working with vendors, service partners, or field operations - Exposure to customer journey design or service operations - Previous internships or projects in high-growth environments Please note that this position offers a compensation of up to 6 LPA, and applicants are requested to apply only if this salary range aligns with their expectations.,
