• Collaborate with

  Business Development, Design, and Customer Success

  teams for smooth project flow.
• Maintain

  budget discipline, cost tracking, and ERP-based reporting

• Enforce

  across the production environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Production / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

  .

• 7–10 years

  of proven experience in

  production management, manufacturing operations, or quality control

  .
• Exposure to

  customized production

  or

  large-scale fitment/installation projects

  is an added plus.
• Expertise in

  ERP/CRM systems
