Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
