Assistant Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Manager in planning and overseeing financial management projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Assist in defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Help maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and monitor product releases, including feature rollouts, updates, and bug fixes.
• Track product performance using KPIs and other data-driven metrics to inform decisions and future enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Support risk identification and mitigation throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
