Assistant Product Manager

As an Assistant Product Manager at Jetpac, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the product strategy to drive the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior product managers to create and execute product strategies. - Managing Product Development: Oversee day-to-day execution of product development cycles and maintain detailed product requirements documents. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement and monitor key performance indicators, analyze user data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize product performance based on metrics such as NPS, CVR, Repeat Purchase Rate, and Churn Rate. - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, identify trends, and suggest product enhancements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to facilitate communication and address user feedback. - Product Launch and Iteration: Prioritize feature implementations, develop go-to-market strategies, create user guides, and continuously iterate on products based on metrics and feedback. - Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on product updates, contribute to product documentation, and monitor users" reactions post-launch. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of hands-on product management experience. - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management tools, data analysis, and market research techniques. - Preferred experience from Tier-1 institutes and working with AI-native products. Desired Skills: - Understanding of UX/UI design principles. - Technical knowledge relevant to the product domain. - Experience with product lifecycle management, data analytics tools, coding principles, CRM systems, and product analytics tools.
