Assistant Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies to drive market growth and profitability.
  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  
• Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and market positioning.
  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams, to ensure product success.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  
• Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
  

Requirements:

• Experience:

  5 to 8 years in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management is a plus.

• Industry Background:

  Candidates must have experience in the

  pharmaceutical sector
