Why You Should Join Us:

This is a critical role with direct founder access. You would get deep insight into how people use chatbots and understand the ins and outs of how to build generative AI applications. You would receive broad freedom to design and optimize our mobile app and chatbot.

• Build and deliver new features for our chatbot and mobile app based on the product roadmap.
• Understand user pain points by analyzing usage data and tracking customer journeys.
• Use basic SQL and generative AI tools to support data-driven product improvements.
• Work with third-party partners to explore and integrate tools that improve user experience.
• Lead the testing process by hiring and managing a QA team to ensure high product quality.
• Contribute to UI/UX design, helping shape a product that’s simple, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in SQL or Python
• Understanding of mobile apps, chatbots, and third-party API integrations
• Ability to collaborate with designers to create clean, user-friendly UI/UX
• Experience managing or setting up a QA/testing process to ensure product quality
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a product, growth, or technical role
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or related field

Compensation:

• 15 days paid vacation.
• Salary is competitive and varies substantially based on the skillset of an individual candidate.
