About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager (APM) to support the development and enhancement of features across our EdTech platform. This role will primarily focus on product analytics, learner engagement, and feature optimization, while offering end-to-end exposure to the EdTech ecosystem—including learning experiences, course/content management, assessments, user journeys, and backend workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and enhancing features across the EdTech platform with a focus on student engagement, learning analytics, course delivery, and content personalization.
  • Own product modules and drive them from ideation to execution in collaboration with engineering, design, content, and business teams.
  • Analyze platform and user behavior data to define, monitor, and improve learning outcomes, retention, and completion rates.
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to maintain accurate data pipelines and dashboards that provide actionable insights into product performance and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely testing, bug tracking, and successful feature rollouts.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from learners, educators, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement areas.
  • Maintain clear, detailed product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and requirement specifications.
  • Track project progress, bugs, and feature enhancements using tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Continuously learn about EdTech trends, learner behavior, and instructional design principles to support well-informed product decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, analytics, or product support—ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL to query databases and validate data-driven hypotheses.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, BI, and content teams.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with user data to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
