-Having hands on experience in HR/ER /IR/Legal/CSR. Good Communication & command on English, Marathi & Hindi,Execute HR policies and programs to improve HR performance and employee productivity in the plant. Timely, organizing and coordinating selection and recruitment processes in the plant as per business requirements. Gain rich experience in employee life cycle management. Demonstrated skills in drafting inter office correspondence including Offer Letter. Required good Knowledge and command in Poornata, Alt Recruit, TE bills, Payroll (Salary Input), MIS, Database for Onroll Employee / Exit Employee, Attendance & Leave Management, HR audits, FFS Input.KRA 1) Recruitment & On Boarding process:-
Ensure to complete Start to end recruitment and on boarding process Timely recruit candidate. Identified potential sources for recruiting staff. Engaged with staffing agencies, search firms to fill temporary and specialized positions. Facilitate to new Joinees and provide induction and mandatory training.KRA 2) Salary Input & Provision: -
Timely error free prepare and submit Monthly Salary Input for On roll Employee, contractual employees, and resolve issues within time. Communicate fund planning to UKSC to process the pay roll and allied activities. Provide monthly provision related garrulity, leave bonus to F&C.KRA 3) Onroll Employee Database and Attendance & Leave: -
Ensure and maintained Employee Database. Update the all employees’ related information in Poornata system. Monitor monthly attendance & leave for on roll employee as well as contract labours. Daily monitor employee attendance system & update the records accordingly. All contractual work force attendance & punching records to be monitor &timely inform to irregularity miss punch or absenteeism to management for on roll & contractual workers.KRA 4) Poornata Modules: -
Ensure 100% error free WFA to be maintain and timely resolution of Poornata Related Issue like Manager Change, Designation change, Personal Data Change updating training to be updated in Poornata ELM module etc.KRA 5) General Administration: -
Ensure the day to day administration, Housekeeping, Horticulture activity, night vigilance, monitoring of security, plant general housekeeping, maintain the harmonious relationship with the local, statutory bodies and government authorities. Arrange employee engagement, programs, events, and welfare activities for Staffs and contract workers.KRA 6) HR polices, PMS, Medicalims and HR related activities
: Ensure effective and 100% implementation of HR polices, processes in plant and timely communications. Ensure timely complete the MYR, PMS, Surveys, and other HR related process. Ensure timely provide Mediclaim, insurance policies related inputs policy renewals etc.KRA 7) MIS, Time office & Statutory compliances:
Prepare error free monthly various MIS reports and ensure accuracy of the data. Ensure issued gate passes to contract workers, preparation of monthly contract wages bills, timely disbursement of wages to workers, statutory returns and compliances.KRA 8) Safety: -
Every month minimum 4 CAPA in system. Every day take 1 plant round in office & non-office hrs & submit the abnormality reports to management on regular basis. Ensure & impart general & essential safety training to all staff as well as contractual workers before performing their duty. 100% follow all safety compliance.
