Having hands on experience in HR/ER /IR/Legal/CSR. Good Communication & command on English, Marathi & Hindi,

Execute HR policies and programs to improve HR performance and employee productivity in the plant. Timely, organizing and coordinating selection and recruitment processes in the plant as per business requirements. Gain rich experience in employee life cycle management. Demonstrated skills in drafting inter office correspondence including Offer Letter. Required good Knowledge and command in Poornata, Alt Recruit, TE bills, Payroll (Salary Input), MIS, Database for Onroll Employee / Exit Employee, Attendance & Leave Management, HR audits, FFS Input.
