About the Role:

Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Grievance Handling:
Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and effectively.
Employee Retention:
Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce attrition.
Induction & Onboarding:
Conduct induction programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from joining to exit.
Exit Interviews:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.
Performance Reporting:
Prepare and maintain performance reports to support appraisal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Shift Details:

Primary Shift:
12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Flexibility:
Must be open to work in a 24/7 environment if required
