Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete digital marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution across channels.
• Develop and implement effective

  SEO strategies

  to improve organic visibility, ranking, and lead generation.
• Strategize and execute

  growth marketing initiatives

  to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Coordinate with shared resources, including the

  content, design, and paid media teams

  , to execute integrated marketing plans.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics to drive continuous optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, SEO, and industry trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify opportunities for brand expansion and digital enhancement across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Growth Marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B or AEC industry.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
