Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, generating leads, and clearly and confidently explaining our accreditation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and conduct follow-ups on leads
• Generate new business opportunities through effective communication and outreach
• Explain the accreditation process and services to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Maintain and update client records and follow-up schedules
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
• Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
