Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, optimizing operational efficiency, managing schedules and resources, and supporting leadership with key decision-making processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and resource management abilities
• Critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of compliance, industry regulations, and maritime operations
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in ship management or maritime operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools used in management
