Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager at Coffee Day Beverages. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain service quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the performance of vending machine services, coordinating with technicians, addressing client concerns, and optimizing operational processes. Additionally, the role requires monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies for improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee daily operations effectively
• Technical knowledge of vending machine operations and the ability to coordinate maintenance schedules
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills to address client concerns
• Experience with sales performance analysis and strategy implementation for business growth
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in handling Microsoft Office tools and operational reporting
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the beverage, foodservice, or retail sector
