Role & responsibilities

Lead B2C telesales operations by effectively managing outbound calls using advanced dialer systems.
Mentor and guide an inside sales team to consistently achieve and surpass set sales targets.
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies aimed at maximizing lead conversion rates.
Monitor team performance through metrics, providing timely feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
