We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Analyst (Assistant Manager) to contribute to strategic initiatives across the Microsoft 365 governance & administration product suite. This role is ideal for a tenured professional who loves to explore technology and has a proven track record in business/product analysis and stakeholder engagement. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals..

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

• Strong understanding of M365 suite primarily SharePoint Online, M365 Copilot, MS-Teams, and OneDrive for Business, is required. Serve as Product Owner for M365 governance and administration products that include in-house products and AvePoint online.
• Leverage product expertise to proactively consult stakeholders and direct the development and QA teams to deliver solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable development tasks for custom solutions built by the development team.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning for assigned products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with other product groups and internal stakeholders to evaluate new capabilities and drive adoption.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Drive collaboration across teams, including M365 Support, Dev, QA, and vendor partners.
• Analyze product licensing, functionality, and usage metrics across Deloitte firms.
• Engage with customers to understand their explicit and implicit needs, pain points, and expectations, and offer tailored guidance on governance, implementation strategies, and potential limitations.
• Conduct product showcases and demonstrations to varied groups across geographies

• Develop and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management

• Set and maintain realistic timelines and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Create work plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Proactively identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Passionate about technology and dealing with complex products.
• Proven experience in client/stakeholder interactions, business analysis, and product ownership within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of M365 ecosystem and third-party integration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic thinking and involvement in long-term product planning and roadmap development.
• Ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity environments.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good storytelling capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AvePoint online is highly preferred
• M365 certifications
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks and leading Program Increment
• Familiarity with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
• 6-9 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
