Role Summary This skill encompasses the ability to manage and optimize Final Assembly, Testing, and Packing operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The AM/DM is expected to ensure seamless production flow, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tech Note: Looking for candidates only from EMS industry. Job Description: Production Operations Plan and execute FATP schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. Ensure optimal line balancing, takt time adherence, and minimal downtime. Coordinate with SMT, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and customer-specific standards. Lead quality improvement initiatives and defect reduction programs. Support internal and external audits, including customer visits. Team Leadership Manage and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and operators. Conduct training on ESD, assembly techniques, and safety protocols. Process Optimization Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices. Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Collaborate with process engineering for yield and cycle time improvements. Show more Show less
