Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Person to lead the end-to-end recruitment function. This role is responsible for developing effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a seamless hiring process, managing recruitment teams/agencies, and building strong employer branding to attract top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  
• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
  
• Implement and optimize sourcing methods using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  
• Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
  
• Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and take data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor contracts.
  
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and hiring policies.
  
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the hiring process.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize hiring needs
  
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Exposure to both volume and niche hiring is desirable
