Job Summary

Assist in coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods.
Supports vendor management, logistics, and performance analysis to optimize supply chain effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating supply chain operations to ensure seamless procurement, production, and delivery processes.
• Support inventory management and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to track the status of goods and resolve supply chain issues.
• Help in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective materials and services.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory using supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to minimize lead times and shipping costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards related to supply chain operations.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with project planning and implementation of new systems or processes.
