Assistant Managers / Sales Executives

Role Overview

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for Inspiras enterprise SaaS solutions. This is a consultative, target-driven role that involves engaging directly with B2B clients, conducting market research, and traveling frequently across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients in HVAC, Manufacturing, and Services sectors.
  • Generate leads via outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct compelling online and in-person product demos and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term consultative customer relationships.
  • Travel regularly for client meetings, demos, and events across India.
  • Conduct market research and intelligence by visiting companies in different industry verticals to understand their software requirements.

  • Provide feedback to management on emerging needs and potential new product ideas.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Graduate / Diploma in IT, Business, or related fields

Experience:

  • Sales Executive: 13 years in B2B Software / SaaS / IT product sales
  • Assistant Manager Sales: 35 years in Enterprise Software Sales

Skills & Mindset:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; regional languages are a plus
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and consultative in approach
  • Willing to travel frequently and adapt to dynamic business environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assistant Manager - Sales:

    6 7.5 LPA + performance-linked incentives
  • Sales Executive:

    4 – 5 LPA + performance-linked incentives
  • Higher packages may be offered to exceptional candidates
