Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

• Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives, considering factors like target audience, competition, and industry trends.
• Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their goals effectively.
• Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Analysing market trends and past sales data to forecast future sales, and developing budgets accordingly to allocate resources effectively.
• Product and Service Promotion: Developing and implementing strategies to promote products or services through various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Sales Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize sales processes and strategies.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights, to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
