Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: You will be a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and enhancing brand presence in the film production and event industry. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, close deals, and execute marketing strategies to expand market reach. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and secure clients for film production and event projects. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to enhance brand presence. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and sponsors. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships. - Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities. - Manage social media, PR, and promotional activities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. - Experience in digital marketing, branding, and client handling. - Passion for films, media, and the entertainment industry. Additional Details: The job location is in Sector 43, Gurgaon, 122001. The shift timing is from 10 am to 6:30 pm for 6 days a week. The salary range is between 10k to 20k. Candidates are required to join immediately and must have a personal laptop.
