Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

As a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across assigned territories, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery timelines. Additionally, you will prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and management, and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery timelines - Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and management - Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns Key Requirements: - MBA in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution - 03 years of experience in a sales/marketing role (Freshers may apply) - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and fieldwork - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently In this role, you will be offered a competitive salary based on experience along with performance-based bonuses.
