Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Apollo Spectra Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, overseeing operations, and ensuring the effectiveness of sales strategies align with business objectives. Your role will involve: - Overseeing the planning and management of roles, responsibilities, values, and engagement in the sales platform. - Driving sales growth strategies and ensuring adoption at all department levels. - Identifying solutions to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth. - Monitoring the performance of the sales and marketing team. - Approving all planned activities by the team. - Managing doctor relations (VC) with the team. - Initiating corporate tie-ups. - Managing B2B relationships by building, maintaining, and improving client relationships. - Consolidating the DVR and master sheet from the team to analyze gaps in business. - Ensuring integrity in company policies and information security. - Ensuring compliance with laid-down processes. - Participating in training to stay updated with processes and SOP. - Following Gold standards and service protocols.
