Role Overview The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial management of Vijayanth Group and its subsidiaries. This role involves strategic financial planning, cash flow management, compliance, risk management, and supporting business growth through efficient capital structuring and resource allocation. The Finance Head will work closely with the leadership team to align financial goals with the Group’s long-term vision. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Planning Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth across Real Estate, Solar Power, and EPC divisions. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Financial Operations & Controls Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts, treasury, and MIS reporting. Ensure robust internal controls and governance across all group entities. Monitor working capital, fund flow, and project-wise cash management. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. Manage risk through effective policies in investments, credit, and financial exposure. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors. Capital & Fund Management Manage banking relationships and raise funds for projects through debt, equity, and alternate financing. Evaluate investment opportunities and financial feasibility for new ventures. Optimize capital structure for profitability and growth. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team. Build financial discipline and accountability across departments. Foster a culture of performance, transparency, and integrity. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, and corporate laws. Proven expertise in fundraising, project financing, and investor relations. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy sectors preferred. Proven track record of handling large-scale projects and group-level financial management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
