Technical Head

Job Overview:
The Technical Head will be responsible for leading the engineering, execution, and technical operations of our Solar Projects Division. This role demands strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and technical expertise in all aspects of solar project development, execution, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team in project design, engineering, and execution of solar power projects (utility-scale and rooftop).
• Evaluate and finalize selection of technologies, materials, and vendors for solar projects.
• Provide technical oversight in feasibility studies, site assessments, and project planning.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and client stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
• Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Keep current with new solar technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in solar power project engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and existing clientele
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end large-scale solar projects.
• Deep knowledge of PV systems, inverters, grid integration, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
