Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for school activations, student enrolments, conversions, and retention. The role involves direct field engagement with parents, students, and school representatives while managing the complete customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
School Activation
Visit assigned schools to introduce the platform
Promote the free school exam app to parents and students
Free Batch Enrolment
Encourage students to register for free trial batches
Guide parents/students with the onboarding process
Conversion & Retention
Convert free trial users into paid monthly subscribers
Ensure renewals, retention, and consistent follow-ups
Conduct field visits and follow-up calls
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or education roles preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent planning and organisational ability
Target-driven and self-motivated
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to on-ground challenges
