Assistant Manager Sales

As an Assistant Manager Sales at D&H Secheron Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business for the Lotherme category welding electrodes. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales of Lotherme Category Electrodes, achieving targets, and ensuring timely collections. - Identifying and developing new business opportunities across MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) segments. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners. - Providing Technical Support, Product Presentations, and Application Recommendations to customers. - Monitoring competitor activities, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts/MIS while coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution. - Demonstrating strong application knowledge about welding consumables in Sugar, Cement, Steel, Crushers, Mills, Boilers, and Conveyors. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering preferred. - 3-6 years of experience in sales of welding consumables, wear solutions, or industrial products. - Good understanding of Hardfacing, wear-resistant electrodes, and welding processes. - Strong communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills.
