Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager Sales at D&H Scheron Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of Lotherme Repair & Maintenance welding consumables in the assigned region. You are expected to develop and strengthen relationships with customers in industries utilizing welding solutions. This involves conducting technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations to provide necessary support to clients. Your role will also include identifying business opportunities, analyzing competitor activities, and formulating effective sales strategies. Regular visits to plants, dealers, and industrial clients are essential to expand the market presence. Furthermore, you will be required to collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. Providing regular reports on sales performance, customer requirements, and market trends is crucial to monitor and improve overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience exclusively in Welding Consumables, with a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with the Lotherme Range (Repair & Maintenance welding consumables) is a mandatory requirement. A strong technical background and application knowledge of welding products are essential to effectively communicate with clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary for successful client interactions. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected. Being target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently are key competencies that will contribute to your success in this role.,
