Quality Assurance & Control: Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Establish and maintain quality assurance and control systems, including standard operating procedures, inspection plans, and testing protocols. Ensure Product Quality: Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications, identifying and addressing any issues. Maintain Documentation: Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance. Manage Regulatory Requirements: Oversee the implementation of regulatory requirements and ensure that the company's quality management system meets all legal and regulatory obligations. Liaise with Regulatory Bodies: Communicate with regulatory bodies and provide information as needed to ensure compliance. Continuous Improvement: Identify Areas for Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the quality management system and manufacturing processes. Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Promote a Culture of Quality: Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting quality awareness and training. Manage Budgets and Resources: Manage the quality department budget and resources effectively to ensure that quality goals are met. Lead and Mentor Team: Lead and mentor the quality assurance and control team, providing guidance, training, and support.
