Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team at Adityaram Group, with a strong background in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quality control and assurance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve overall project efficiency.
Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Implement corrective actions to address non-conformities and enhance quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in QA/QC management within the Real Estate industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
