Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Odisha, India for an Assistant Manager Sales. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, including strategy development and client relationship management
Strong analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team
Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
Experience in the electrical equipment or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional local languages is a plus)
