Base Location: Kolkata (Calcutta)
Travel: Regular travel to Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, and other major cities across India

As part of our national expansion, we are hiring ambitious Assistant Managers – Sales to strengthen our presence in South and Western India.

Role Overview

You will manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — for Inspira’s enterprise SaaS solutions.
This is a consultative B2B sales role that requires frequent travel across key business hubs in India. In addition to direct sales, you will conduct market research and intelligence visits to understand industry-specific software needs and identify new product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients in HVAC, Manufacturing, and Services sectors.
  • Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct impactful online and in-person product presentations and demos.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals independently.
  • Maintain and update an active sales pipeline in the company’s CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term, consultative customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and intelligence by visiting companies in different verticals to understand their software requirements and emerging trends.
  • Provide structured feedback to management on new business opportunities and potential software product ideas.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings, demos, trade events, and exhibitions across India.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Graduate or Diploma in IT, Business, or related fields

Experience (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS / IT Product Sales

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Mindset:

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently
  • Strong consultative selling ability with a problem-solving approach
  • Adaptable and resilient in dynamic business environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹6.5 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-linked incentives
