Position Overview We’re seeking a creative UI/UX Web Designer with 1–3 years of experience to design intuitive, responsive interfaces for our AI-driven SaaS applications. Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-centric designs. Job Responsibilities: Design clean, modern, and intuitive web and mobile UIs for ERP, CRM, and Project Management modules. Convert business workflows into interactive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Ensure a consistent design system and UI component library across products. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and software developers to translate product requirements into functional UI designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experience. Deliver responsive designs that work across all devices and screen sizes. Ensure smooth handoff to developers with pixel-perfect design specs and interaction guides. Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s in Design / Computer Applications / Fine Arts / Engineering Key Skills Required: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, color theory, grids, and typography. Ability to create responsive layouts for web and mobile. Familiarity with HTML/CSS, design handoff best practices, and front-end development workflows. Experience designing enterprise software or business dashboards is a major plus. Good-to-Have Skills: Exposure to AI-integrated UX or data-heavy application UI design. Experience with design systems or UI kits for SaaS products. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React / Vue / Angular) is a plus, but not required. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
