As Assistant Manager – Growth, you will be at the intersection of product, partnerships, and people. You will own the end-to-end activation of financial products at client companies including app sign-ups, awareness campaigns, referral programs, and educational sessions. Work closely with Key Account Managers, creative/content teams, and client SPOCs (typically HR/Engagement Heads) to craft tailored communication plans that drive results in diverse employee bases whether blue-collar or white-collar. Responsibilities: Drive app sign-ups and activations through targeted initiatives and referral programs. Monitor key metrics weekly/monthly: downloads, conversions, usage trends. Lead fintech product rollouts (e.g., EWA, loans) via demos, townhalls, and awareness sessions. Coordinate launch activities with client SPOCs (HR/Admin/Finance). Execute monthly engagement using WhatsApp, SMS, HR emails, and physical collaterals. Plan and manage onboarding events, webinars, helpdesks, and info zones. Ensure clear, relevant messaging and collect feedback for continuous improvement. Deliver financial literacy sessions tailored to various employee groups with coaches and Q&As. Maintain on-ground presence to support adoption and build strong client SPOC relationships. Collaborate with KAMs, Product, and Content teams for aligned, impactful execution. Track success via user growth, referral-driven adoption, financial awareness, and repeatable playbooks. Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in Growth, Customer Engagement, Product Marketing, or B2B2C Partnerships Proven experience in client-facing activations and user onboarding (Fintech/BFSI/Edtech/SaaS a plus) Excellent public speaking & communication skills in English and Hindi/regional languages Hands-on experience running grassroots or referral campaigns Comfortable with numbers, performance tracking, and reporting Willingness to travel and conduct on-ground activations pan-India. Nice to Have: Prior experience working with blue-collar or mixed workforce clients Exposure to tools like Google Sheets, Canva, WhatsApp Broadcast tools, Understanding of performance marketing Metrics Understanding of Indian financial products like loans, insurance, UPI, credit scores, etc. Show more Show less
