Assistant Manager - Purchase

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the

  procurement cycle

  from requisition to delivery.
• Source and evaluate

  new suppliers

  , maintain relationships with existing vendors.
• Ensure

  timely procurement

  of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
• Monitor

  inventory levels

  and coordinate with the stores and accounts team.
• Maintain and update

  purchase records

  , contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Follow up on

  pending orders, delivery schedules

  , and vendor payments.
• Implement and monitor

  cost control measures

  without compromising quality.
• Ensure

  compliance with SOPs, internal controls

• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill material and service needs efficiently.
• Provide

  monthly reports

  on procurement data and vendor performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Hotel Management

  , or related field.
• Minimum

  3 years

  of experience in hotel procurement or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of

  procurement systems

  , budgeting, and market trends.
• Excellent skills in

  negotiation, vendor communication

  , and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel and Prolific Software

  preferred.
• Strong
