Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring efficiency in the service delivery process. This role involves coordinating with various departments to streamline procedures, improve productivity, and support the achievement of organizational goals. The Assistant Manager will also handle client relations, and facilitate conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement skills
Client Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication skills
Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and practices
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
