Job Description

IT Requirements & Project Integration: Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Test Cases (FTC) to ensure clarity in project scope and expectations. Collaborate with IT teams to identify technical development needs, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into system functionalities. Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital portal solutions, improving accessibility and workflow efficiency. Coordinate with business stakeholders to align IT integration strategies with organizational goals. Group Employee Initiative & Engagement Employee Engagement & Office Visits Conduct office visits across multiple locations to directly interact with employees and promote company offerings. Gather employee feedback to improve engagement strategies and tailor initiatives to workforce needs. Organize in-person and virtual events to foster participation and awareness of key business programs. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Build strong relationships with HR teams and department heads to align employee initiatives with business objectives. Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to increase participation in key projects. Collaborate with various business units to identify opportunities for cross-functional engagement. Marketing & Promotional Campaigns Develop and execute comprehensive promotional campaigns, both online and offline across all LOB by bringing in unique propositions for employees , to raise awareness and drive participation. Utilize digital marketing channels, email campaigns, and social media platforms to optimize outreach. Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead Generation & Follow-Up Oversee lead generation efforts through direct calling and call center coordination. Ensure timely follow-ups and convert leads into active participants in employee programs. Implement tracking mechanisms to measure engagement and improve future outreach approaches. Data Management & Reporting (MIS) Maintain and manage the Management Information System (MIS) to track engagement metrics and program success. Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility of employee-related data to support decision-making. Process Enhancement: Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and streamline online processes, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience for employees. Data Governance for Group Employee Collaborate with data analytics team to analyze customer data to identify key buying behaviors, enabling the creation of targeted cohorts for effective campaigns for group. Provide data-driven recommendations for optimal campaign channels and continuously monitor performance to maximize return on investment.
