Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Direct Tax / TDS Compliance position. The role involves daily tasks such as tax planning, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The primary responsibilities also include preparing and submitting tax returns, coordinating with the finance team, and staying updated on the latest tax regulations to minimize tax liabilities. Qualifications Skills in Tax Planning and Tax PreparationKnowledge of Tax Law and Tax regulationsExperience in Finance, particularly in tax-related rolesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plusAbility to work independently and coordinate with different teams
