Assistant Manager Procurement

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and efficiently follow standard operating procedure (SOP) for Procurement and service contracts as per Company standards.
• To Coordinate with the end users and other departments.
• Negotiation with vendor, along with departmental stakeholders, & assist on time deliveries and contract renewal
• Monthly / Quarterly MIS reports as required by management
• Experience in procurement of uniforms and uniform Accessories, including sourcing of fabric, garment vendors, evaluation & finalization of uniform vendors.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices are preferred.
  

Good To Have

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
