JOB TITLE: Sales – General Chemical Division

DESIGNATION: BRANCH AMANGER

JOB LOCATION: BASED ON ALLOCATION

JOB DISCRIPTION:

  • Branch Sales Management:
  • Lead the branch’s sales Executives to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and growth goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the branch to drive sales and market penetration.
  • Monitor daily sales operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the branch.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align the branch’s goals with regional objectives and overall company strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Supervise, motivate, and support the branch sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills in customer relationship management, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Provide regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance culture within the branch.
  • Customer Relationship & Key Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and high-value customers in the branch area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the branch, ensuring revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Track and analyse branch sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Operational & Administrative Duties:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage branch inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels for customer orders.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders, quotes, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and other branch managers to share best practices and optimize regional sales efforts.
  • Participate in branch and regional sales meetings, contributing to strategy discussions and feedback loops.
