Job Scope:

Responsible for managing outbound operations for B2B customers, ensuring timely dispatch, service level adherence, and operational efficiency. The role involves stakeholder coordination, team supervision, and driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch while maintaining service levels.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
  • Provide accurate inputs for billing and production planning related to outbound shipments.
  • Review daily outbound processes and manage team performance to achieve KPIs.
  • Supervise operations and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and enforce safe working practices.
  • Develop a high-performance service culture within the outbound team.
  • Manage employee development and performance through coaching and feedback.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and B2B logistics.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with multiple partners.
  • Proficiency in WMS systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in outbound warehouse operations, preferably in B2B and retail industry.
