Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt. Ltd. located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management tasks, coordinating with various teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and managing resources efficiently. Additional duties include maintaining communication with stakeholders, assisting in budget management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Assistant Manager will also support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Project Management, Resource Management, and Budget Management skills
Strong Communication and Coordination skills
Understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
